“The first Santini's New York Style Deli was founded in the fall of 2003. The day we opened our doors, there was no doubt in our mind who our baker would be. Cardinal Bakery in Sterling. Their bread and rolls are the best in the area. They remind me of the great grinder rolls I use to get as a kid in New York.
